Ban on dangerous chemical 1,3/Dichloropropene

PAN-Europe lobbyed succesfully for a ban on the nasty soil fumigant 1,3/Dichloropropene. In spite of huge pressure of many EU-Member States like Spain, Health Commissioner Dalli remained with a ban.
