EU Legislation on Pesticides

In line with the Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 on authorisation and marketing of pesticides (PPPR) and the Commission Regulation (EU) No 283/2013 on data requirements PAN Europe works to protect health and biodiversity, including honey bees, bumblebees, butterflies and other insects. We have been campaigning for complete ban of neonicotinoids, prevent the abuse of the derogations by EU Member States.
